Resource: EBSCO (Research Databases, Discovery Search, Collection Manager, Experience Manager)

Issue: System disruptions. Products/Services currently unavailable.

Past Issues

Resource: SAGE Journals and Wiley Online Library.

Issue: Authentication through OpenAthens for vendors on Atypon appears to be failing today. This includes SAGE Journals and Wiley Online.

Resource: McGraw-Hill and Wolters Kluwer Health Library products. 

Issue: We are aware of a known issue in which the user is timed out after signing on through OpenAthens and their personal account. We are working with the vendors to resolve this issue.

Workaround: Right now, the only thing you can do when it drops is sign back in via OpenAthens. Creating a profile or personal account for that resource may help.

Resource: EBSCO (ACHE Discovery Search). 

Issue: We have received reports of an issue with **EDS- New UI- Search Unavailable***. EBSCO is currently investigating the issue and will update us when more information is available.

Workaround: Access EDS after clearing your web browser's cache and cookies, or use incognito mode or a different browser

Issue: There is a known issue with being unable to access EBSCO Discovery Service. EBSCO is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it at this time.

Issue: There is a known issue with McGraw-Hill and OpenAthens platform. Their platform support team is working urgently to resolve this issue.

Resource: LWW Health Library - Self Assessment / Review Questions

ISSUE: There is a known issue with retaking quizzes in the self assessment feature of each of the Health Libraries (Board Review Series, Clerkship/Clinical Rotations, and Medical Education). This is the error message:
