If you are experiencing access issues, try the following:
1) Clear your browser's cache/history. You can also try opening a new tab in private/incognito mode.
2) Try another browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari).
3) Make sure you click the links from Canvas. The links looks ordinary, but really they are special and let the vendor know that our users can have access. Here are the steps for accessing in Canvas:
